To confirm the reservation is required a deposit corresponding to 30% of the total amount of the booked service. The deposit is not refundable in case of cancellation within 15 days prior to arrival or no-show. In case of early departure, the customer is required to pay, in addition to the amount consumed, 100% of the total cost of the stay.
Is the tourist tax included in the fee?
The city tax is not included in the rates. An extra charge of € 1.50 per person per night is applied for a maximum of 5 consecutive nights to be paid upon departure. There are some exceptions including children under 12 years of age.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
The rooms are available for our guests from 14:00 (check-in) and the departure must be scheduled in order to be able to leave the room by 10:00 (check-out).
If you arrive before 14:00, you can use the beach while you wait to access your room.
Is breakfast always included?
Breakfast is included in the bed and breakfast rate (bed & breakfast) and in the half board rate (room, breakfast and dinner), while it is excluded if you choose the overnight stay only.
Even if not included in the chosen treatment (room only), breakfast can be booked upon arrival directly at the hotel reception with an extra cost of € 10,00.
How far is the beach?
The hotel is right on the beach! From your room, going down the stairs or taking the lift, you will directly access our beach resort.
Is the beach service included in the price?
For each room, the use of an umbrella and two sunbeds is free from the second row onwards, from the day of arrival until the day of departure, which is excluded.
The first row, to be requested at the time of booking, additional sun beds and / or umbrellas and an umbrella on the day of departure are subject to a fee, depending on availability.
Is there a parking space at the hotel?
The hotel has some outdoor parking spaces for a fee (€ 12 per day) that cannot be booked and subject to availability.
If our parking spaces are no longer available, you can contact the “Beach Parking” located right in front of the hotel and managed by the Spotornese Social Recreation Center.
Can our pets come on holiday with us?
Your pets are welcome at Hotel Tirreno!
They will be able to access your room and all common areas of the hotel except the private beach.
While we welcome your pets with pleasure, we would like to specify that we are not a pet hotel; therefore we do not offer specific services for them and we do not have dedicated and exclusive spaces for your dogs and cats.
We ask for your common sense in respect of all other hotel guests and that your friends are always kept on a leash both inside the structure and in the relevant outdoor areas.
For the overnight stay of your pet, a supplement of € 5 per animal per day is required.
